Mr. Sunil Algah: Global Strategy Board 

Mr. Sunil Alagh will advise on day to day operations for all aspects of the company businesses in general and Health F&B vertical in particular. This will enable and complement Toyam Industries Limited’s expanded focus on ancillary businesses.

Mr. Sunil Alagh brings to Toyam Industries Limited 40 years of leadership experience in the Food processing sector. Its going to prove a shot in the hand for the company as Toyam Industries Limited is launching its Health F&B chain of products. The company is starting with limited products, namely Peanut Butter, Energy Drinks, Protein Shakes, Fat Burners, Snack Bars and Hydrating liquids in the current year and a complete chain of organic products like Wheat, Cereal, Seeds and Nuts in the subsequent years.

Mr. Sunil Alagh is the Founder and Chairman of SKA Advisors – a business advisory and consultancy service with an emphasis on Marketing and Brand management strategies. His wide range of clients include Godfrey Phillips India, Setco Automotive, Elite Foods, Louis Dreyfus, Amira Foods, LT Foods, GSK Consumer, Warburg Pincus, Emami, VIP Ltd., Biocon India, and Mahindra Group. He has developed and incubated several successful brands like Britannia Tiger. He has a wealth of rich experience in marketing and brand building strategies.

He held very senior positions in the private & public sector. During his tenure at Britannia, it touched significant heights and figured in the Forbes List of 300 Best Companies in the World in 1999, 2000 and 2002. Britannia also became the most trusted Food Brand in India. He is on the Boards of United Breweries Ltd., Gati Ltd., and Indofil Industries Ltd. In addition, he is an Advisor to Hannover Re, Germany and a Member of Prasar Bharati Board, India.


Mr. Kumar has over 25 years of experience in the areas of asset management, investment banking, capital markets and wealth management across Asia, Europe and the Middle-East. Mr. Kumar founded Bridge Capital in 2006 and has continued to serve as a Director of that firm, which provides a broad range of corporate finance services and has managed funds in excess of $200 million. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Kumar was the Director of Genesis International, Dubai, UAE, where he worked on a number of strategic investment projects including infrastructure privatizations and private placements in mid-cap companies. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Kumar was a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch International, and focused on structured products related to wealth management of high net worth individuals and family offices. From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Kumar worked as Vice President for Hinduja Finance Ltd, India, where he managed a balance sheet of $80 million, arranged investment banking transactions and invested on a proprietary basis in venture capital transactions. From 1988 to 1993, Mr. Kumar held Vice President and Assistant Vice President roles at Prime Securities Limited, India, and Bank of America NT&SA.
